4.Membership Fees:

4.2. Membership fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
5.Membership Renewal and Termination:
5.1. Membership is typically valid for a specified duration, as stated during registration.

7.Intellectual Property:
7.1. All intellectual property rights pertaining to the organization's materials, content, and services are owned by the organization.
7.2. Members must not use, reproduce, or distribute any organization materials without explicit written permission.
8. Privacy Policy:
8.1. The organization will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
8.2. By becoming a member, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
9.Limitation of Liability:
9.1. The organization shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from membership or the use of its services and benefits.
9.2. The organization shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during events or activities organized for members.
10.Amendments to Terms and Conditions:
10.1. The organization reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
10.2. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued membership will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
11.Governing Law:
11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11.2. Any disputes arising from membership or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
By becoming a member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. I understand this product is developed for parents and educators and geared for children ages 2-8. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed with membership registration.

9.1. La organización no será responsable de ningún daño directo, indirecto, incidental o consecuente que resulte de la membresía o el uso de sus servicios y beneficios.
9.2. La organización no se responsabilizará por ninguna pérdida, daño o lesión sufrida durante eventos o actividades organizadas para los miembros.
10.Modificaciones a los Términos y Condiciones:
10.1. La organización se reserva el derecho de modificar o actualizar estos Términos y Condiciones de vez en cuando.
10.2. Los miembros serán notificados de cualquier cambio significativo, y la membresía continua constituirá la aceptación de los Términos y Condiciones revisados.
11.Ley Aplicable:
11.1. Estos Términos y Condiciones se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de Florida, sin tener en cuenta sus principios de conflicto de leyes.

Entiendo que este producto está desarrollado para padres y educadores y está dirigido a niños de edades entre 2 y 8 años. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna parte de estos Términos y Condiciones, por favor, no continúes con el registro de la membresía.
